It seems that the exact dates of birth and baptism for Thomas Joseph Edmond Chainey are difficult to establish as there are two different birth dates as well as two different baptism dates.
The first record, in June 1893 states he was baptised 11 Jun 1893 and that he was born 3 days earlier, therefore 8 Jun 1893.
The second record, in July 1893 states he was baptised 19 July 1893 and that he was born 3 days earlier, therefore 16 July 1893.
Both of these records are in the same parish of St-Philémon, Stoke, QC and by the same parish priest only one month apart.
However his death record indicates he was about 2 months old at the time of his death making early June the probable correct birth date.
